American Property Construction to Build Crosspointe Fire Station
American Property Construction has been selected to build the Crosspointe Fire Station at the intersection of Route 123 and Hampton Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. The new single-story, 14,000-square-foot facility, located on a 5.3 acre site, will include four apparatus bays. The $6 million project has been designed to achieve SILVER level certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Green Building Rating System.
