APC Selected For Girls and Boys Town, Phase ll
American Property Construction recently completed Phase 1 of the first Girls and Boys Town in the metropolitan Washington DC region, a foster home for disadvantaged children under 18 years of age. Phase One of the $6 million, 4 building project funded by a non-profit organization, was completed in January 2003.
Phase Two, a $5.5 million project similar in scope and size as Phase One, will break ground late summer 2004.
